How do I know which form I need to use?
Each form is listed under the relevant category (Contracts, Billing, Complaints, etc.). If you’re unsure which document applies to your case, our team can guide you based on your situation.
How do I submit a completed form?
Once you download and complete the form, you can submit it via email or directly through our Contact page. Some forms may require a physical signature.
Why are the forms available only in Greek?
All official documentation related to electricity supply is available in Greek. Our team can assist you if you need help completing any form.

How long does it take for an application to be processed?
Processing time depends on the type of request. Most applications, such as contract amendments or consumption data requests, are reviewed within a few working days.

Some forms require additional documents (e.g., ID, authorization, proof of ownership, meter details). The form itself will indicate which attachments are needed.
What happens after I submit a complaint form?
Your complaint will be reviewed by our team, and you will receive a response according to the official complaint-handling procedure required by CERA.
Can I submit a contract termination request at any time?
Yes. However, you may need to settle any outstanding balance or provide meter information before the termination can be completed.
Are the sample invoices only for reference?
Yes — the sample invoices are provided to help you understand how billing, charges and consumption breakdowns appear on your monthly electricity bill.
Can I request my consumption history online?
Yes. You can download the “Consumption Data Request Form,” complete it and submit it to receive your detailed consumption history.
